Our Mission

The purpose of this website is to preserve and promote the Matt Talbot Retreat Movement by providing a platform that will help keep members informed of steering committee news. As Group 20 enters the Digital Age, we ask that you help us by filling out the form below and submitting your contact information.

With over 2750 members (500+ active), we hope to update our database and streamline our efficiency.

Important Notice: You don’t have to be a member of Group 20 to participate in the retreat weekends. If it is your first retreat please check “yes” to the question “Is this your first retreat?” and leave the “Medallion Number” section “blank” in the contact form below. We’ll take care of the rest.

Please note: This website handles Group 20 business only. For more information regarding other retreat groups, Matt Talbot general info, etc.

About Cormaria

Cormaria offers hospitality to people of all faiths for spiritual and human growth.

The staff of Cormaria, the Religious of the Sacred Heart of Mary, considers this inclusive hospitality as an expression of their call to celebrate God’s love and to make that love known to others.

Aware that the Spirit is present when “people come away and rest a while”, the mission of Cormaria is to create an atmosphere where the Spirit flourishes for the life and dignity of all.

About Graymoor

The Franciscan Friars of the Atonement are a Roman Catholic religious community of brothers and priests founded in 1898 by Father Paul Wattson at Graymoor in Garrison, New York.

Their social ministries serve the poor, the needy, and the homeless; people living with HIV/AIDS; those in hospitals and prisons; and people seeking recovery from alcoholism and chemical dependency.
